Love

Before starting the blog i asked a couple people what love means to them and just to differentiate a male's opinion to a female's i asked 2 guys and 2 girls.

The first guy who i asked was a friend of mine, his name is Manoj. His definition for love was rather simple compared to the other guys'. He said, "love is when you enjoy the presence of someone surround you and comforting you at times." I personally found this to be very sweet, and i think its true, in love you enjoy the person's presence and you love being with then but this could be when one likes another as well. You can enjoy a friend's presence as well, so i found it to be a rather simple defination. While the other guy whose name is Hersh gave his opinion on love as this, "first off... love is an emotion... meaning it cant be limited to just 1 time... but love is a deep emotion in which u realize tht the person ur w/ is the only one for u. u dont need lots of things in common but its when u have a deep understanding of one another and know wht ur partner is thinking w/o him/her saying it.. love is when u put blind faith in ur partner and he does the same 4 u. its a feeling where u dont have expectations and dont need to do anything for each other but still do for simple/pure happiness.. u just support each otehr but over everything else... its simply when u feel gd being w/ the person (and by gd... i mean a pure feeling w/o any wants/desires that arises from deep within ur soul)." Although me saying this might be very hypocritical, but i believe that true love only happens one time, I say this as hypocritical because i had felt that i was in love with some one in my past. But now that i think about it i believe it was just strong affection for him, not love.

The girl whom i asked [sumeet] what love is, said "They say love is Magic, and Magic is nothing but an illuion, so does that mean.. Love is only an illusion?" I believe that love is not an illusion because love is not magic, love is something else. Love has magic in it but it isn't magic itself. From my opinion i think she thinks of love as harsh because she feels that she loved someone although i do not think so, [no offense i mean]. She believed to have fallen in love but just like me it was strong attraction towards the person. While another person Avi whom i asked what love was had a totally different opinion she said, "its the most amazingest n strongest feeling you can get towards some1...wen ur fallin in love u cnt help bt fall for dat one person...wen ur in love ur devoted towards dat person..its easy to b in love n most hardest ting is 2 b out of love, n love can neva b erazed it gtta b replaced." Although she might not have the best way of explaining but i think her point towards what love was is the best of them all. The part i do not agree with is that love can't be erased but it can be replaced. I believe love only happens once and that one time should be so important that you don't want to replace it and you don't.


Now its time for me to tell you my opinion on love, I believe that love is a strong feeling shared between two souls and there should be equal attraction between them towards them. Love should only happen once in life, and true love only does because a person can't go on falling in love with the next person they see. Love has to be strong, it has to be true, love is not jealous nor does it see any boundaries. Love is when two souls mentally, physically and emotionally touch each other. It takes time for this to happen, and for two souls to meet. This isn't a process of seconds or hours it takes time for one to decide that they are in love and they want to spend the rest of their lives together. A quote i would like to reference from the bible about love is, "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails." (I Corinthians 13:4-8 ). I have not read the bible myself but i heard this quote in the movie A walk to remember and found it to be so true.


Before departure i would like to say, "love is between two people, two souls, and two hearts." keep it remained that way, dun change it.

Life...

Have you ever wondered about life, you may think; to some people life is so cruel [and think of yourself at that moment] and to others think its so good [and think of someone like Bill Gates]. But have you wondered, how they achieved that life? Everyone's life has had some stage where they have fallen and wanted to give up due to that. Now imagine what if Bill Gates had given up on his dream, he would not be one of the richest people alive. Okay, lets put Gates on the side and think of a person like Christopher Columbus. What if he had given up on his journey, they he may have never found America. Okay lets not think of other people, but in life if you don't try then you may never know what you have missed out on.

Its so easy to blame life and say "f*ck my life" or something in that sense, but honestly it is your own fault that you ended up in that situation and you do not want to blame yourself so you are blaming life. It is the same with god, when one does not want to accept the blame he/she will blame it all on god.

Have you ever sat and thought that: Why am i blaming this on god or life? or that god isn't even present so what could he have done wrong, and that blaming life is just like a personification. So, for this the only reason could be that you don't want to blame yourself and so blame it on life.

I believe as a personal opinion, one shouldn't blame life for his/her mistakes and if possible not blame anyone and just move on. I may be very hypocrite because sometime in my life i have done that but it is true that i am trying not to do that.


And before saying goodbye i would like to say one thing, "Don't give a fret about life because no one gets out alive." And it is true that everyone has to die one day.
